Custom Apparel Policy

The order will be processed following Alebikewear’s approval of designs, sizes and after receipt of  payment of 50% of the price  of the Products  as a deposit. Generally, the processing times average 60 working days, but there may be delays due to the high volumes of orders.
           
A deposit of $500.00 is required to receive the sizing kit. The deposit will be 100% refunded within 15 business days after receipt of the relevant goods . The same credit card will be charged for all costs if the material in the kit sizes is damaged, it is not returned at all or is not  returned within 15 business days. The cost that will be charged on your credit card is full price of each component of the list collection.
           
Sales taxes will be applied in addition to the price.  If you are a shop, store, or a team that needs to resell the products, you must provide us the necessary documents showing your sales tax exemption.
           
All Custom Products must be paid in full before delivery.

All sales for custom items are final. Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For custom orders, shipping costs are not included in the price of the order and will be added when the order is finalized. Promo codes (such as WELCOME25) and other discounts are invalid with custom orders. If the order is placed in bulk, shipping costs for the entire order are paid only once. If each team member places an order, the individual placing the order will be responsible for the shipping costs for their order. 
           
The products may be sent to more than one address, and the shipping costs will be applied, but the price and the shipping costs must be paid in advance.
