We’ll accept returns for any reason within the following criteria, within 15 days after receipt of the relevant goods. Some restrictions apply, so please see the Return Policy and Guidelines below.

Return Policy and Guidelines

To be returned, the product must satisfy the following conditions. The product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Attached to the original product/price
  • In the original packaging
  • With all of the parts and components originally included

How to Start Your Return

  • Pack the product, in its original box and/or packaging.
  • Prepare your order number and receipt.

Login with username and password and go to "PROFILE/SUPPORT" page, then fill the form selecting the query type and the order number and send your message.

Contact and indicate the order number, the item to be replaced and the reason for the return.

Once you have received a return authorization, please pack the product and purchase order in its original box and/or packaging and address the returns to:

Return postage will be at your expense.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. If you purchased with multiple forms of payment, the refund is first applied to the credit card or PayPal account up to the original amount charged, and then to the product voucher.

We will process your return and issue a refund to the original payment method within 15 business days of receipt of the order at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed. Please allow up to one additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds include only the value of the product and related taxes. In the event that processing your return reduces the cost of your order to an amount lesser than $250.00, shipping costs of $6.95 will be applied to your order and your refund will be reduced accordingly.

Items damaged during the retun process are the sole responsibility of the shipper, and any cost associated with the damage will be deducted from the refund. If the item is insured, a claim can be made with the carrier, and you may be able to recoup any cost associated with the damage from the carrier.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Alebikewear is not responsible for any customs, import taxes, duty charges and processing fees incurred with international shipment. If you refuse a package, you will be charged for both outgoing and incoming shipping fees, and you will also be responsible for any refused shipment charges.

Product exchange

Products cannot be exchanged. To obtain a product in another color or size, return the original item and place a new order through the Alebikewear Website.

How to Return Products with a Manufacturing or Material Flaw

We may accept returns on products with a manufacturing or material flaw, provided that the following procedures are followed. Additional restrictions may apply.

Send an e-mail to our Customer Service agents at:, indicating “Manufacturing or Material Flaw” on the subject line. Describe the flaw and attach photographs of the defect, if possible. Used items need to be washed; dirty items will be returned to you without a refund.
