How to make payment

During checkout, select the desired payment method by clicking on the links above.

If you choose to pay directly on the site, click on the "Credit Card" option and fill in with your datas. Once the fields are setted, you can place your order by clicking on the “Place Order” button.

If you choose to pay with your PayPal account, click on the PayPal link and finalize the process.

How to purchase alebikewear.com order using paypal

Alebikewear.com happily accepts PayPal. To use PayPal to purchase your order, open your Basket and select PayPal as the method of payment.

When you make the purchase using PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction. Once you complete the transaction on the PayPal web site, you will be redirected to a page showing your order number and list of items ordered.

You will then receive two emails: one from PayPal to confirm your payment, and one from Alebikewear.com to confirm your order. If you are redirected to an error page and do not receive an online confirmation email from us, then it is likely that your order was not fully processed.

If you have any difficulties processing your payment, please contact PayPal. For more information about your order or order status, please Contact Us with your name, your account’s email address on Alebikewear.com, your PayPal account’s email address, a list of the items you ordered, and any vouchers that you used.

How to redeem an alebikewear.com voucher

Alé US/Canada Online Store promotional vouchers can be redeemed on Alebikewear.com only, and only to a shipping address within the 50 states of the United States and Canada.

During checkout, enter your voucher code in the “Promotional Code” box and press the “Add Code” button to apply the discount to your order. If your order doesn’t meet the terms of the Voucher, a message will notify you that you might need to modify your order.

The order total includes the price of product(s), sales tax as applicable, and shipping costs. If the order total exceeds the product voucher balance, the remaining balance must be paid for with a credit card, debit card, PayPal or another voucher.

Any unused balance on the voucher can be used at a later time for a different purchase order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review vouchers and orders that are suspected of fraud or that are mistakenly issued.
