We’ll accept returns for any reason within the following criteria, within 15 days after receipt of the relevant goods. Some restrictions apply, so please see the Return Policy and Guidelines below.
Return Policy and Guidelines
To be returned, the product must satisfy the following conditions. The product must be:
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- With all of the parts and components originally included
- Shoes may not have had cleats mounted or soles damaged in any way
How to Start Your Return
- Pack the item(s) in appropriate packaging.
- Prepare your order number and receipt.
Login with username and password and go to My Area > Orders. Choose the item(s) you wish to return and follow the steps.
Contact [email protected] and indicate the order number, the item to be returned and the reason for the return.
Once you have received a return authorization, please pack the product and purchase order in appropriate packaging and address the return to:

Return postage will be at your expense. If you are a customer within the United States and you would like a flat-rate return label, please let us know and $6.95 (clothing) / $14.95 (shoes) will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. If you purchased with multiple forms of payment, the refund is first applied to the credit card or PayPal account up to the original amount charged, and then to the product voucher.
We will process your return and issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt of the order at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed. Please allow up to one additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds include only the value of the product and related taxes.
Items damaged during the retun process are the sole responsibility of the shipper, and any cost associated with the damage will be deducted from the refund. If the item is insured, a claim can be made with the carrier, and you may be able to recoup any cost associated with the damage from the carrier.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Alebikewear is not responsible for any customs, import taxes, duty charges and processing fees incurred with international shipment. If you refuse a package, you will be charged for both outgoing and incoming shipping fees, and you will also be responsible for any refused shipment charges.
Products cannot be exchanged. To obtain a product in another color or size, return the original item and place a new order on alebikewear.com.
Final sale items
Final sale (outlet) items are not eligible for return.
Custom apparel items cannot be returned.
How to Return Products with a Manufacturing or Material Flaw
We may accept returns on products with a manufacturing or material flaw, provided that the following procedures are followed. Additional restrictions may apply.
Send an e-mail to our Customer Service at: [email protected], indicating “Manufacturing or Material Flaw” on the subject line. Describe the flaw and attach photographs of the defect, if possible. Used items need to be washed; dirty items will be returned to you without a refund.
